She has been a full-time Realtor with John L. Scott since 2003. In that time, she has earned multiple sales awards including annual recognition by John L. Scott Corporate for top sales performance and production. She is a Certified Residential Specialist - CRS, a designation earned by successfully completing CRS classes and achieving required production levels. Nationwide, only 4% of Real Estate Brokers have earned the CRS designation - yet we do 75% of the transactions. She is also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist - SRES, as well as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative - ABR. Like her CRS, these designations were earned by taking higher level classes, training, and production. Additionally, she is also an Accredited Staging Professional - ASP, trained by Barbara Schwartz who founded the ASP program and designation. Previously, she was a Real Estate Appraiser for 5 years working for two appraisal firms preparing reports for residential properties throughout King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. Her business has been extraordinarily successful and had grown to the point she needed assistance. In 2010, her partner and husband, Andy Vagi, obtained his Real Estate Broker’s License and joined her business. Andy has extensive sales and negotiation background. As a Team they can provide outstanding customer service and attention to their clients’ needs. Originally from Chicago, the Seattle area has been her home for most of her life. A career with the airlines – on the ground – allowed her to relocate here. Andy and she have lived in the Seahurst area of Burien since 1993. She volunteers and sponsors events for the Highline Historical Society, she named Eagle Landing Park and is Vice-President of the Seahurst Community Club. Houses are her passion, and she enjoys researching the original Seahurst homes and their owners.
