Hi, I’m Susan Remar with Icon Realty Group and Darrell DeWard’s team. I started my real estate career working directly as Darrell’s assistant, learning the business from the ground up alongside one of West Michigan’s top agents. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to successfully buy, sell, and invest in real estate.

Today I continue to work closely alongside Darrell and our team, helping clients throughout West Michigan navigate the market with clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and strong attention to detail.

In addition to helping buyers and sellers, I also have experience in property management and working with investment properties. This gives me a practical perspective on evaluating homes not only as places to live, but also as long term assets.
