My fiance and I have had the pleasure to work with Sue on two occasions within two years. She will always be my go to agent. As young homebuyers/sellers we did not know too much about how real estate worked. Sue took the time to explain things to us in great detail, and gave us great advice/suggestions, which gave us a feeling of confidence even in such an unusual market. In selling our home, Sue took wonderful pictures, that I'm convinced was the key factor in getting an offer in 8 days! Sue got to know us and what we were looking for and made suggestions of properties that would suit us. She took a lot of time out of her schedule to show us many houses. Whenever I had questions or concerns, I knew she would only be a call or text away. I have recommended her to many colleges and friends, all of which had also had a very pleasant experience with her. Sue helped me both sell my previous home and purchase my new one. She is responsive, efficient, and professional while keeping things upbeat and comfortable. She promoted my sale beautifully - the home sold in 9 days - and only sent me listings that she was reasonably confident I’d be interested in. I was very happy with how quickly and easily we sold my last home, and with how she handled the purchase of my new one - including sticking by me and giving solid advice on a home that had a terrifying inspection and we had to terminate the contract. I’m in a place I love now, and I would definitely hire Sue again and recommend her to anyone!

Working with Sue has been nothing but a pleasure. Sue has been our realtor twice and both experiences have been amazing. Sue was very attentive and made sure she found us houses to look at that fit our budget but also fit our list of wants. Sue was always there to answer any questions we had in a very timely manner. If we ran into any type of unforeseen problem she was prompt in making sure that they were resolved and taken care of.
