Hiring Susan to sell my parents house was the best decision I have ever made. She is kind, patient, and all around very reliable in every instance. She put me first as the seller before herself. 24/7, she was available to answer my questions whether it was by a phone call,, text, or email. She saw me through all kinds of situations that arose with my renters and buyer. She Handled everything for me and was well worth the commission she’s so truly deserves. She sold my house the first day it was listed and never gave up in solving situations or problems that would arise through my renters. Right up to the day of closing and beyond, she was there for us with any questions and concerns that may have arisen. She took care of everything for us and it went very smoothly. IShe is a wonderful realtor and human being.Don’t use anyone else, but Susan, you will not regret it.

Susan really helped me all the way through the process with tips on areas, and what to look for to avoid problems. She patiently guided me, answering all my questions along the way. She figured out what I wanted and was relentless in trying to find the perfect property for me.
She helped me with the bidding and saved me 10k on the property I purchased with her help.
I used her again and she didn’t let me down, I cannot say enough good things about her.
On time professional and an excellent judge of property values and relevant issues when purchasing.
I will use her again with my next purchase. She is a wonderful person.
