Before joining Crawford Hoying Smith, Susan was extremely successful as a sales consultant for Maratage, pre-selling $5.4 million in Tuscan style villas in 5 months prior to streets being installed in the development. The average sale price was $960,000 per villa. She also secured 16 deposits in 4 months before confirmed pricing was released. Her previous experience includes over 20 years of managing Designs, a full-service design firm which Susan founded. She also developed Designs Custom Homes, a custom home building business, where she served as the contractor for luxury homes.
