Susan Stires

Susan (Sue) Stires epitomizes integrity, energy, and hard-work and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Sue grew up in Iowa and started her sales habit at the early age of eleven selling popcorn in the local theater and then moving on to the Ben Franklin Five and Ten.

After attending Westmar College in LeMars, IA, Sue was recruited by Olan Mills Photography Studios, where she spent the next 40+ years. During this time, Sue managed sales and marketing teams throughout the USA and spent over 10 years in the development of Olan Mills in the United Kingdom.

In 2009, Sue took a huge industry leap into real estate sales and joined Watson Realty Corp in St Augustine Beach after an illustrious and fulfilling career with Olan Mills. Sue interviewed several brokers with the big franchise companies, Sue chose Watson because of their reputation, size and because they are a family-owned corporation.

Sue, her husband Dean, and Spike (cock-a-poo), Jake (cock-a-poo) and Harry (golden doodle) live in beautiful St Augustine and are the proud parents of four children and many grandchildren. They are sports car enthusiasts and are particularly Mustang fans. If there is a car show around, you will see Sue and Dean in their 2017 Shelby GT350.
