About Susan

In the 1980s, I made history as the first woman in Michigan to enter the mortgage industry. Within just a year, I ascended to become one of the top producers at my company. After a major acquisition prompted a career shift, I joined Flagstar Bank in 1989, where I served as Vice President of Lending and managed one of the largest branches in the nation.

In 2009, following another acquisition that eliminated my position, I founded Foreclosure Credit Solutions, a nonprofit aimed at helping families save their homes during difficult times. Recognizing the need for effective solutions, I leveraged my real estate licensing to assist numerous clients with short sales, providing them peace of mind without the looming threat of government action.

In 2017, I took on a management role at Coldwell Banker Professionals, where I opened new offices and led the acquisition of Century 21 Town & Country. As the manager of their Plymouth location, I revitalized operations and enhanced productivity.

Eventually, I joined eXp Realty, attracted by its agent-owned business model and rapid growth. Initially focused on coaching agents in the Downriver area, I soon realized my passion lay in sales and listings. I honed my marketing skills, establishing myself as one of the top marketers in the region, specializing in luxury homes. My engaging videos have gained significant traction, resulting in a loyal following and outstanding results for my clients, both buyers and sellers.
