Susan Williams

As an Army brat, Susan Williams understands the challenges military families go through when moving. Her family moved 18 times with the military and with her dad's career after he left the service. She can be your trusted resource to help navigate this crazy real estate market. Her experience in pricing homes in an ever-changing market and negotiating terms of the contract and repairs has made her a top producer year after year. In addition to being a broker, she is the 2023 President of the Mid-Carolina Association of Realtors, serves on several boards and committees for NC Realtors, and is a certified real estate pre- and post-licensing instructor for the NC Real Estate Commission.

Susan is married to her husband Walt, and has two adult children, Graham and Emerson, and an amazing grandson, Bradley. She is also the mom to two very large Great Danes. She loves spending time with her family and running when time allows.
