Susan Wilson

Sierra At Tahoe real estate is managed by Susan Wilson, a third-generation realtor in the California and Nevada markets. Susan has extensive real estate background beginning in 1975 as an escrow officer with Ticor Title in Santa Clara County, progressing into residential loan processing and servicing, then transitioning to residential property management and sales. She has been in the top 15% of sales in her area for the past 6 years.

As a homeowner in the heart of the Heavenly Valley ski resort, Susan has a personal stake in her market. She enjoys helping many of the out of area owners with their vacation rental properties, which includes property maintenance & remodel assistance. Many of her clients rent their properties on sites such as vacation rentals by owner (vrbo.com) and call her for assistance. As a goodwill service, Susan shares information to help them overcome some of the challenges of owning a mountain home.

Susan originally came to this beautiful lake in the 60s when her grandma (Carolyn House of Rylander & House in Sunnyvale, CA) first opened a branch office in South Lake Tahoe, CA. She decided to move to the area in 1980 and begin her real estate career. She continues to be in love with the lifestyle and people of the Lake Tahoe area, and plans to continue helping others to discover it as well!
