Susana did an absolutely magnificent job finding me the perfect townhouse this past October! She listened carefully to what I was looking for and quickly found me multiple options to consider. This allowed me to feel absolutely sure of my choice after only about two weeks of looking! She was very responsive, delightful to work with, and was very knowledgeable about everything involved in this process. Susana is one of the best brokers I've worked with (and I've worked with a number of them in NYC, SF, Houston and overseas). She took the time to understand what I was looking for, which admittedly, is challenging to articulate, as it is more about the vibe or energy when walking into a house...the Chi (or Qi).

She made it easy for me to be able to view and eventually purchase a place remotely. I love her attention to detail, and educating me on the things to look for structural concerns as well as potential resale value.

She also connected me to great interior designer and contractor for renovations, as well as guiding me in setting up basics like utilities.

In contemplation of selling my place in Texas, she went above and beyond by researching and interviewing brokers to help me narrow down someone that would have similar approaches/ethics and maximize my sale. I would 11 out of 10 recommend her to anyone!

I would highly recommend Susana Yourcheck if you are in the market to buy or sell your home. Susana was a blessing through the entire process and provided exceptional service. She was always available and goes the extra mile to make sure you have the information you need and are comfortable throughout the process. When we were looking at homes she would even crawl under a house to see if there were any issues. She really goes above and beyond. Anyone who works with her would be truly lucky to have her on their side.
