About Susanna

My partner Paul Madden and I both have the awards and we have both been Realtor of the Year but that's not what we're about.

We're about putting buyers and sellers together, in other words, getting families into homes and helping families move.

For over 30 years we have served Tampa, Land o' Lakes, Lutz, Odessa, Wesley Chapel, New Tampa, Brandon, Westchase, and other surrounding areas.

As accomplished riders (horses) and water skiers, we know those kinds of properties well also. And Paul loves to RV on his time off.

It pleases us to see smiles on faces when buyers and sellers are happy, which is why we say our job isn't over until they are completely satisfied.

AND...we love paying referral fees to agents!
