Susannah Stephens

She gives each and every person the attention, respect, and care that she would expect from others, while achieving the best results possible for her clients. Susannah is a licensed REALTOR in Ohio and in Northern Kentucky. She is a seasoned agent, and she is grateful for every opportunity she is given to help change someone's life! Whether it is buying or selling, Susannah works hard to make sure her clients' end goal is met. Navigating the processes of buying or selling can be intimidating, but she is here to make it as smooth of a process as possible. Susannah loves her job, and she feels like she is making a difference in people's lives with every deal she is a part of. She guarantees open communication with each of her clients, and she makes her clients feel comfortable enough to be open with her. She works WITH her clients, and she is not the type of person to take this relationship lightly. Susannah has fought for her clients in negotiations, and she is willing to fight for you! She will always give you her professional advice, and she will do it honestly. When listing her client’s home, Stephens informs them upfront what the market value is for their home, and she never inflates it to try and just gain the business. Jesus is her driving force in her business, and she runs her business as He would want her to. No matter what your background or walk of life you are from, she will always treat you with love and kindness that everyone deserves. She is a mother of 4 beautiful children, and a wife to an amazing husband! Susannah has a great relationship with her Lord and Savior, Jesus. He is the center of everything in her life and in her family's lives. He has blessed each one of her transactions, and she could not be more blessed to have a business partner like Him! Susannah's family and she actively serve in their local church, and they enjoy attending small groups for Bible studies. She coaches youth basketball, and she financially supports Food for the Hungry Ministries. She enjoys the outdoors and having Family Movie Night with her family. Her husband and she also enjoy flipping homes together. She despises grocery shopping, cooking and folding laundry. She also plays ping pong well. In Susannah's younger days, she played basketball all the way into College. She played for Thomas More College, and it was the first season in the school's history for the Women's Basketball team to make it into the "Sweet 16" of the tournament. She ended up finishing college at The University of North Carolina at Pembroke with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.... which has been helpful everyday of her life in this business. Susannah's family is from Ohio, which is where she grew up. She ended up moving her family to Northern Kentucky, which is where they have settled. So, she is very familiar with both sides of the river!
