I would highly recommend Susanne! My lease was expiring and I needed to see houses quickly! Susanne set up four and five showing on a few evenings and weekends. She has been a Angel she has assisted me in over coming obstacles that had me flustered but she kept my chin up help me refocus and supported me with getting documentation and now I have an amazing home for my daughter and I. Susanne has been great throughout the process of buying the house. Always available, was frequently checking on us in the periods of "lull" after having submitted the offer when nothing seemed to be happening (at least on the surface!). She guided us throughout the process. She served as a resource when we needed referral for service professionals (related to getting the house in tip top shape after the purchase).
Having Susanne on our side was reassuring and we felt very comfortable having her represent us as our (buyer's) agent.

We contacted Susanne over the phone months before moving to Virginia. She gave us all the information needed to schedule a route per day to see the houses that we liked. It was along month but we were able to schedule a house that we saw and said “this is it” and we bought it.
Susanne was able to make our second purchase a good and painless experience. Susanne was very profesional and experienced in her roll.
