About Susie

I am a top producer on the south shore of Massachusetts. It has taken me ten years to build my business. I work full time as a buyer's and sellers agent. I often work 10–12-hour days, 7 days a week, during the peak real estate season. I do it all, from marketing, to communicating with the attorneys, lenders, other agents. I attend home inspections. I do all the behind-the-scenes preparation of all my listings. I have a basement full of staging props. Everything from furniture, to rugs, artwork, lamps, books- you name it and I probably have it. I often show up to client’s homes in jeans and work boots. I roll up my sleeves and get to work. I have mowed client’s lawns, helped fill dumpsters, storage units, bring donations to Savers or Habitat for Humanity. Whatever I can do to take the stress off my clients. I always say to my clients that they will feel like I earned every penny when the closing date arrives, and they do! I consider myself to be a detail oriented entrepreneur who is driven, focused and creative. I constantly draw inspiration and ideas from my surroundings, from brownstones on Beacon Hill to bungalows by the beach. To me every home has a story that is waiting to be shared.
