Suzanne’s experience includes background in both commercial and residential real estate. As the Corporate Environmental and Property Manager for the Northwest’s largest heavy equipment company as well as an Oregon Public Utility, she spent 20+ years leading due diligence activities for hundreds of residential, commercial, and heavy industrial properties throughout Oregon and the Northwest. She has also led space planning projects for complex businesses incorporating office space, shop/mechanical facilities, and utility operations spaces.
