Suzanne Gelven

Suzanne Gelven earned her Real Estate License in 1986. Since then, she has worked with and learned from some of the industry’s top agents and coaches to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate. A longtime resident of Raynham Mass. She lives there with her 22-year-old son Bryson and her 11-year-old Shih-tzu, Bandit. Suzanne loves gardening, reading, swimming, and traveling. Suzanne sells residential and commercial properties in Avon, Berkley, Braintree, Brockton, Easton, Foxboro, Mansfield, Norton, Quincy, Randolph, Raynham, Stoughton, Taunton, the Bridgewater’s and all the surrounding South Shore Communities.

Suzanne utterly understands the dynamics of the real estate market and is an expert at educating his/her clients so they can make the best decisions for their needs. Suzanne uses the latest internet technologies to market and find homes at an expert level. Suzanne earned a bachelor’s degree of Science from College, with concentrations in Management and Marketing. Suzanne later went on to receive her Master’s in Management from Emmanuel College, this has provided Suzanne with a solid background on which her career has been built. While Suzanne’s personal awards are too extensive to list individually, she has been among the top earners every year for many years running. Suzanne is a member in good standing of the Bristol County Association of Realtors (BAR), Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in addition to the Massachusetts Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

Suzanne understands the stresses and hassles involved in buying, selling and relocation process and she strives to alleviate these concerns for his/her clients as much as possible.
