About Suzanne

Suzanne has over 20 years’ experience in real estate including private community development, sales, and marketing. She started her real estate career with 17 years at The Greenbrier Sporting Club in WV and affiliated communities around the country and Caribbean. Suzanne enjoys collaborating with both buyers and sellers throughout Sedona with a focus. She and her team with Legacy Sedona, LLC represent real estate in the Seven Canyons and Sedona Ranch gated communities and other areas of Sedona. Suzanne has been recognized in the Top Ten realtors in Sedona since 2019. Suzanne is a member of the Sedona Luxury Real Estate Professionals, a group of likeminded realtors focused on cooperation, professionalism and putting the Client first. Suzanne was continually active at both the state and local level with the Association of Realtors in Lewisburg and West Virginia, serving as a board member of the WVAR and President of the Greenbrier Valley Board of Realtors. She also served on the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals prior to moving to Sedona in 2017, and believes it is important to be involved in the decisions that affect our community.

Raised in Birmingham, Alabama with a foreign influence, travel has been a part of Suzanne’s background since childhood. This desire to explore led her to Jackson Hole, WY after college (BA International Business) where her interest in outdoor activities was honed including hiking, mountain climbing, alpine and back country skiing. Her early career in hospitality eventually led to a move to Sedona in the mid 90’s and a job at Enchantment Resort. After several years in Sedona her husband accepted at job opportunity at The Greenbrier Resort in WV where they lived for 20 years and raised three sons.
Suzanne spends her time off exploring the endless hiking and biking opportunities in this area and is always ready to share her trail knowledge with newcomers.
