About Suzanne

40+ year Dallas resident, residing in University Park. In 2001, transitioned from 19 years in corporate Information Technology where I honed my marketing & contract negotiation skills to a design career after completing 2-year accredited residential interior design program. As an owner/principle in a Hill Country land development project in early 2000's , I was drawn to real estate investing and home renovation projects for resale.
