Suzanne Santos

Suzanne is a graduate of Florida State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. After working for many years in the fields of architecture and interior design for prominent international firms, she shifted to a career in real estate to combine her professional background with the desire to have a meaningful impact on people’s lives.

As an experienced realtor with Lowell International Realty, a full-service brokerage serving Miami’s premier neighborhoods, Suzanne balances her practical skill as a licensed Interior Designer with in-depth market knowledge. This unique combination allows her to find both creative and technical solutions that maximize home value or help clients visualize a home’s potential. She understands the importance of space and design and embraces every opportunity to use her expertise. From pre-sale and purchase consulting to the finished product of an expertly staged home, Suzanne uses an analytical, research-based approach in helping clients make informed and strategic real estate decisions.

Deep roots as a Miami native give Suzanne an insider’s understanding of which neighborhoods and even specific homes best fit clients’ lifestyle needs and aesthetic styles. Suzanne knows the community well and loves to share her enthusiasm for all it has to offer. She has lived or attended school in Palmetto Bay, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove. Suzanne now calls the Ludlam Trail section of South Miami home, where she resides with her husband Rick and three young children. In her free time, she can be found on the tennis court, gardening, or boating.
