Suzee may be small, but she brings a Texas-sized enthusiasm to everything she does, whether it’s singing in a band (Hey, this is Austin, isn’t it?), two-stepping at the Broken Spoke (yee-haw!), volunteering for non-profits, or engaging in one of her biggest passions: Real Estate.
For more than 30 years Suzee has been buying, selling, and managing properties in Central Austin. She has owned and managed both residential and commercial properties and she brings a wealth of personal experience and expertise to her clients with every real estate transaction. Growing up in oil patches all over the world, Suzee landed in Austin in the mid 80’s to earn a degree in Geology from The University of Texas. After a short career in Environmental Testing, Suzee and her General Contractor husband, Greg Brooks, started building, purchasing, and managing residential and commercial properties in Central Austin.
Suzee has experience dealing with all aspects of Real Estate: From buying to selling; investing to home ownership; even design and maintenance. She knows cute doesn’t fix a leaky faucet but it might sell a two-bedroom bungalow!
Austin is a unique city with dynamic, culturally astute, and creative people. Its strong economy provides a firm foundation for a community as robust and diverse as the topography it covers. Suzee feels extraordinarily fortunate to have lived, worked and raised her family in Austin. Because of this, she is an avid volunteer and community activist. From a stint as Co-President of the Hyde Park Neighborhood Association, to a board position for the SIMS Foundation, Suzee believes in the work of building and supporting a healthy and vibrant community in Austin for everyone.
