Absolutely fantastic service! Suzie not only helped us find our “forever home”, but she also sold our existing house fast and efficiently. Good communication is big for me - and she did not disappoint. We knew everything going on at all times, and navigated both contracts (as buyer and seller) seamlessly. She puts in a lot of effort for her clients and definitely puts her clients needs first. She’s a fighter, and you definitely need that when you’re going after a home purchase!

I would absolutely recommend Suzie. I am a tough client I will admit. I told her upfront we needed someone to work hard for us and really have our back. I like to be informed, I ask a lot of questions and I want to be updated regularly regarding everything. Suzie did everything that was asked of her and had excellent communication. I appreciate her honest nature and the candid advice she gives me. We utilized her as a Buyer's agent and she killed it. She knew we had a very stressful move and were under a time crunch and she did everything in her power to make it easier on us. I would have preferred to wait until the market was calmer to move but everything worked out perfectly. If you have any qualms about hiring her please message me. I never had to beg her for info and she had excellent communication with our Lender. Patrick Doyle with Guild and Suzie worked together so well to make things easier for us. They constantly provided updates and communicated so I didn't have to. I never felt the need to call title or anyone because she always took care of it. She would also be a great seller's agent as well. I wish we could have used her to sell our home but unfortunately the distance did not allow for that. She is very detailed and provides all the information you would want to have when accepting offers as well as through closing. She is 100% the person you need to have your back and guide you through the stressful life event of selling or buying. Thank you again Suzie!

Suzie was a great realtor for us! She sold our home above asking before our open house even happened.
