The journey to finding our family’s new home started nearly two years ago. Like most families, we spent countless hours scrolling through listing apps day after day. In January 2025, we finally found a home where we could truly envision raising our growing family and were ready to make an offer, but we didn’t have a realtor.

My mother-in-law recommended an old friend, Suzy! From the moment we reached out, she was incredible. She met us within two hours and immediately hit the ground running. Although we ultimately decided not to move forward with that first home, our search continued for over a year.

A friend referred Suzy to us while we began our home searching process. Within the first 2 days she found our perfect first home. She even was able to get us in touch with our loan officer the same night our bank stopped reaching out to us. By the 3rd day we put down our offer and by the 4th we were under contract. This is the first time my husband and I have ever bought a house and Suzy was able to guide us and answer ALL of our questions to make sure we were fully informed and were confident with our choices. Suzy is a personable, hard-working person who is both professional and dedicated. She is creative with her open houses and videos as marketing tools to sell your property. I really do not know where she finds the hours in the day to accomplish everything and pay attention to all the details involved in purchasing or selling a home. My cell had several challenges related to "condos" and Suzy never made me feel like I was being a nuisance. In fact, I felt like her only client and I know that not to be true.

She both sold my previous home and helped me find my new one, amidst one of the most challenging markets to date. Suzy sold my home in under 24 hours [significantly above asking price] and then proceeded to work tirelessly to make my dream of owning a single family home a reality.
