Sylvia is a graduate of York College and Bradley Academy for the Visual Arts, earning a degree in Business Administration and Graphic Design. A second generation REALTOR®, she began her real estate career in 2004 and has spent the last 18+ years focused on all aspects of real estate, from fundamentals to practice, committed to helping clients and agents achieve their individual real estate goals.
Over the last 10+ years, she discovered her love of teaching, training, managing, and mentoring agents in the real estate industry. It has proven rewarding and led to her shift from full-time real estate sales to founding Turnkey Realty Group and her current role as Managing Partner. For her, it is all about the agents and the select clients she represents on a referral basis. Focused on tetheam of agent partners, Sylvia works to ensure that our brokerage and agents remain relevant, and committed to providing the support, education, and tools necessary to excel in this ever-changing industry.
Committed to education and serving the industry, Sylvia is currently serving as the 2022 President of the Greater Harrisburg Association of REALTORS® (GHAR). She has served on the GHAR Board of Directors for over six years and presently serves on several GHAR committees, including the Executive Committee, Finance Committee, and Management Issues Committee. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® (PAR) and currently serving on PAR’s Standard Forms Committee. She teaches The Code of Ethics to new members of the local association and has taught information sessions regarding Standard form changes.
Being a REALTOR®, Founding Member and Managing Partner of our Turn Key Realty Group team has afforded Sylvia incredible opportunities to do what she loves; support, train, mentor, and pay forward all the things she has learned over the last 18+ years.
When she is not intertwined in 'all things real estate' you will find Sylvia living her best life; spending time with her husband, enjoying their little cabin in the woods, or hanging out with incredible family and impressive friends. They love to travel when possible, knowing that life is all about time and the experiences we are lucky enough to witness along the way. To be able to do what she absolutely loves, with those she loves, is the epitome of living a great life, and it does not get any better than this!
