About Sylvia

Over 30 years ago Sylvia started as a temp with a real estate attorney which was the beginning of a long journey in the real estate industry. She then worked as a real estate assistant for 5yrs, she was a realtor with Century 21, then evolved into the title insurance industry over 17 years ago. Sylvia has been a Palm Beach County Resident over 40 years.
She is a Realtor with Platinum Properties in Jupiter, Florida, and a Notary in the State of Florida.
She was also 2023 President of the Women's Council of Realtors Stuart Martin County. In addition, she volunteers for the Broward, Palm Beaches, St Lucie Board of Realtors in the Global Business Alliance Committee and recently completed the designation of Certified International Property Specialist. She is Proficient and fluent in Spanish.
Sylvia has also volunteered in the 2022 Board of Realtors Awards Committee, and the RPAC Committee (Realtor's Political Action Committee).

Sylvia is a graduate of the Leadership Academy in 2021.Sylvia has a Bachelors in International Business Trade and Finance from Florida Atlantic University and a Masters in Theological Studies from Liberty University.
She also serves as a board member for Stand Down.org, an Organization that assists homeless veterans.
She has also been a mentor for single mothers for Hearts For Moms.org, and she is Co-Founder of Association of Christian Business Women, Palm Beach County.
Sylvia lives in Palm Beach Gardens with her husband Brian. She has two sons, ChrisDan who is 26 years old, and Caleb 28 years old.She loves working in the real estate industry and all the daily adventures and challenges it brings. Sylvia has built invaluable relationships and is able to share from resources in the community as a result of many years of extensive networking and serving as a volunteer.
