It was a pleasure working with Mr T in getting a house in Virginia. Although his home base is Maryland and DC, he also has license to assist in Virginia. He made the long drive a few times to be sure we were getting something good. He assisted me all through the construction phase ensuring we were on the right track. He also assisted me through the financing period with his wealth of experience also to ensure that we were getting the best deal in terms of timing, documentation, interest rates etc, I did not sign any paperwork without clearing with him first and he will tell me the right questions to ask the builders and the mortgage company after taking time to review the documents. I also believe his calling as a pastor makes him to be transparent and honest in all things. His goal is not just to sell you in a house but to put you in a home you will be very happy with.

I have no doubt whatsoever in recommending his services.

I was so lucky to have Mr Them as a realtor agent. He made our first home purchases an enjoyable and easy experience. Quick to respond and will do anything to help. Mr Tem explained everything in the way that was easy to understand from the making offer, working with the mortgage specialist; he really cared about us(people). He was extremely helpful, open, transparent and reliable through the whole process. Every time we viewed a new property, Mr Tem would perform a mechanical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction,finish, appliances. He made the process incredible easy and took extra steps may agents don't. I've recommended Mr Tem to everyone I know because he's a true professional and genuinely nice guy to trust .

It was my first time and my first house. I was so confused and anxious also. Mr. Bayote or Mr. T as I commonly call him helped me a lot and guided me through all the process. I remember calling him the day of the closure because I was not sure to do it right if he was not there. For sure, Mr. T is someone you can trust, he is always available, on time, and always happy. He will always tell you the truth and advice you accurately.
