Tito was great to work with!

As a first time homebuyer (now homeowner), Tito was there to help and support us throughout the whole process. Tito showed us several properties, walked us through the inspection process, and helped us cross the finish line during closing day before purchasing our dream home. If it wasn’t for Tito’s advice, I don’t think we would have ever had the opportunity to purchase our first home and visualize the investment opportunity we had in front of us.

Hello everyone, I recommend Spinoza Real Estate to do business. TJ Espinoza is an excellent real state agent. I needed to rent my house, but I couldn't find a way. I tried, without success, of renting my house for a month, until I went to Mr. Espinoza, and within a couple of days, I was already signing the agreement with my tenant. Mr. Espinoza was so kind in serving me, very courteous in answering my questions, and I benefited greatly from his advices. He also visited my property and gave me valuable feedback. With the same patience, he showed the property to the potencial new tenant. Then, he reported me his observation based on that showing. And, after signing the lease agreement, he went again to my property with Tenant, checking everything, and, accurately reporting the condition of the house. After all, Mr. Espinoza communicated me evrything I needed to know. Thank you very much Mr. Espinoza.

If you or anyone you know is looking for a home or property please check out TJ Espinoza. We were always coming from out of town to check out lots to build on or homes to buy sometimes without much notice. He always took the time out of his day to spend with us and knows so much about the area. TJ even walked us through an entire home on FaceTime so we could do a better look than just online. Very good at sending us the latest listings too. He also helped us find a new rental house that accepted our Goldendoodle during our transition time.
