Miss Tabetha, “Tabbie to all her close friends”, came into our lives out of happenstance; our original realtor had some personal things requiring attention and Tabetha was asked to assist us in an interim. Well, as it was, she was such an ardent advocate for us, working tirelessly to try and help us find our forever home, we fell in love with her passion!

She must have shown us more than 65 homes; helped us place offers on two different homes, only to have sellers either not willing to compromise or provide explanation for discrepancies that were found within the listing.

Finally, by expanding our search area, we happened upon our new home. Again, Tabetha stepped up and out and helped guide us through the purchase process, including appraisal and inspections.

She helped find service companies for the electrical and plumbing issues, even being willing to come be here to meet them while we were working in STL before our move.

She is smart, brilliant in her negotiation skills, diligent in her research and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that any decisions made were in our best interest!

Tabetha is truly an amazing woman, mother, realtor and friend! We highly recommend her for all your realtor needs!

Tabbie was wonderful. We made a lot of mistakes as first time home buyers that reared their ugly head when we went to sell—but Tabbie made this experience better and still got us the most money possible for our sale.

In addition, we moved out of state so everything had to be done over the phone. When issues would arise, there was nothing we could do about it from 350 miles away, but Tabbie always said “I’ll handle it” and she did, every single time. The amount of times my husband and I said, “We trust you—what would you do?” is crazy, but that’s how much we trusted her and knew she was always doing everything in our best interest.

In this crazy market when everyone is just trying to make a quick buck off of you, you should choose someone like Tabbie (or anyone at Main Key realty) who will actually care about you. ☺️

Tab was amazing to work with and made buying and selling our home painless! I am pregnant with our second and the thought of selling our home and buying another terrifying, but she made everything so easy and stress free. We began the process right before everything got crazy with Covid and we rolled with the changes with ease and she was right there every step of the way. Couldn’t ask for a better realtor!!

Tabetha was so easy to work with and made the sale of our house as stress free as possible from start to finish. She was always available to answer any questions we had, big or small.
