Reached out to sell a house and buy a house. Never thought my experience would of turned out as amazing as it has. Tabitha was able to turn selling and buying into a home and comfortable future. Tabitha Weinstein did a marvelous job of helping my husband and me buy a house and later helping my elderly parents sell their home. She was so patient with them, even when they were asking many questions. She is extremely knowledgeable and was great at explaining each step in the process, even when there were some tricky twists and turns. I especially appreciated the steps she took to keep my parents safe from Covid exposure (meetings by zoom, signatures via doc-u-sign, etc.). I highly recommend Tabitha to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Maryland.

Tabitha was AMAZING!!! She is very thorough and made sure I was included in every step of the process and very informative about EVERYTHING! Being a first time home buyer the process can be a little intimidating but she made it as smooth as possible. Even in this rough seller’s market she made the impossible possible. Tabitha and her partner Isaac who handles the loans and financials makes the perfect team! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new home.

I was looking for a condo after living in a single family home for my 62 years and Tabitha showed me so many. After the first condo she knew exactly what I wanted. I thought I wanted to be in Columbia Md., to be closer to my grandchildren. One day I happened to see a condo on line in Walkersville Md., 45 minutes away from Columbia. Not only did she show me the condo but it was immediately after showing me a few in Columbia. I placed a contract the next day. The owner had contingencies which I wasn’t thrilled with but Tabitha got me things that I would not have received or even thought of asking for. Finally after 3 months went to closing, only to run into a few issues from my lender. A mix up on when closing was, if it wasn’t for Tabitha I would not have closed on time. She’s absolutely the best realtor I’ve ever worked with and I’ve had many homes in my 62 years.

Tabitha is one of the most helpful person I know in Baltimore . Even from the very start , when we haven’t signed the contract yet she was there to give her professional opinion about our property. Among all the people I am in contact with in Baltimore she is the only one that followed up and the rest I have to find them which is very frustrating . Believe me everyone’s work ethics varies over there. Give her a chance and she will give you a victory ! 👍

I had an amazing experience working with Tabitha recently and wanted to share it with others. She provided guidance and assistance in ways that I never could’ve imagined. I spoke with several realtors/real estate agents but she was the only one that actually took the time out to actually get to know me and figure out what I really wanted and also gave me great insight on how we were going to make it happen. Any questions that I had she answered in a timely manner. She was always professional and polite; I never felt uncomfortable asking her anything. She is also a great negotiator when it comes to closing cost. I would highly recommend her regardless of it you’re a first time homebuyer or if you have purchased prior she is going to make sure that everything is done properly. Thanks again for everything!!

Tabitha is the best! We were first-time homebuyers, and Tabitha always took extra time to explain everything in the process to us. She’s quick to reply on text and phone and made herself available anytime we needed to talk. Throughout negotiations, she was extremely professional and always kept a calm demeanor.
