On August 30, 2022, I made the choice to face my fears of becoming an homeowner. I completed an inquiry online with Harris Hawkins & Co. and I received a follow-up call from Taiye the very next day. From day one of my consultation with Taiye on September 3, 2022, I knew she was heaven sent. Throughout my home buying process with Taiye, she was honest, transparent, professional, patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. During our consultation, I explained to her that this was a scary process for me as I was a first-time home buyer shopping in an unfamiliar area. I asked Taiye to just be patient with me throughout this process and she was just that. My initial thought was that it would be long and drawn out because of my fears. Well, nope! Taiyé immediately assured me and every step thereafter, that “she had me.” Literally, after our consultation, we began shopping that very same day. We viewed one house (my choice of course), placed an offer that night, and within approximately 3 business days tops, my offer was accepted and the rest was history! Taiye made the ENTIRE process for me very seem less. At no point did I have to question her expertise. She constantly checked in with me during waiting periods throughout the process to see if I had any questions. For every question I had, she had an answer. Here I am now a homeowner as of October 14, 2022. Overall, if you’re looking for the RIGHT realtor not just looking to sell you a home to get your money, Taiye is your girl! She is stuck with me FOREVER! I would HIGHLY recommend Taiye as your realtor!

My wife and I had to make many decisions over the last 17 months and working with Taiye was the easiest and best choice we made in our home purchase. Our agent/buyer relationship with Taiye started over a year ago but had to be put on pause due to unforeseen changes on our end. When we picked back up on our search it was as if no time had passed at all. That’s when I knew we had made the right decision. Taiye’s attention to detail was incredible throughout the process. Her communication effectiveness and frequency was world class. Lastly, her client advocacy showed up over and over again. As a first time buyer I felt like I truly had an expert on my side. When she didn’t have an immediate answer it was always a clear and confident “I don’t know, but I’ll find out”. A lot of people don’t think you need a realtor when purchasing a new construction but I am SO HAPPY that we had Taiye in our corner. There were times where she educated us on things that we didn’t know. She got answers when no one would answer us. Taiye, walked us through the entire process verbally first. She then took us to see properties. She offered her opinion when asked. What we loved the most was if she wouldn't put her child in the house or neighborhood. She was not allowing us to put ours. She personalized it while still keeping it professional. She is really built "FORD TOUGH" she takes the tears, the attitudes, the frustrations, the late night calls, the last minute changes, even the joys.
