Talitha Pettepher

Rick and Talitha Pettepher, who are Georgia natives, have been residing in North Atlanta for over thirty years. Before settling in Atlanta, each of them lived and worked abroad. They leverage their extensive knowledge of the area to specialize in assisting buyers and sellers in finding their ideal home in the North Atlanta market. Rick began his career in real estate in 2012 and joined forces with his wife, Talitha, in 2019 to create The Pettepher Group. They strive to provide their clients with a top-notch, luxurious experience throughout the entire real estate transaction process.

Rick and Talitha love finding dream homes for clients. They also enjoy reading, gardening, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
