When you're a first-time home buyer, you need a realtor that you can TRUST! Tamara was that person for us in our house search that spanned eight months and over 30 house showings. The 2022 home market was insane, but with enough persistence and hard work, we closed on our home in September 2022.

Tamara was patient and kind with all the questions we asked. She is an expert on the home-buying process and was able to recommend excellent partners for the home inspection, attorney, and mortgage lender. All of this couldn't have happened without Tamara. We trusted her with the most significant purchase in our lives to date, and we are so glad we trusted her with this investment.

We highly recommend Tamara to help you find your first or next-best home! We could not be happier with our home, and Tamara was with us every step of the way.

I wish I could give Tamara more than five stars! Tamara helped my fiancé and I find our first house which can obviously be a very stressful time. Not only was she attentive and professional, she also went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and all of our questions were being answered during the process. If there was something she had a concern about during a walkthrough, Tamara would make sure to note it and look into it immediately which was amazingly helpful. We trusted her 110% during this process and it’s clear she truly wants the best for her clients. Tamara also went to bat for us when we found some issues during our inspection and was a huge help negotiating. I would highly recommend Tamara and will absolutely use her again if we ever need it! Tamara was our buying and selling agent. Meeting her was serendipitous and we couldn't have had a better experience. She was so great to work with. While buying our home, Tamara was able to understand our needs very quickly and was knowledgeable about the market trends in the area we were looking to buy in. We were 2nd time homebuyers and she advised us with that in mind. What we loved about her were her work ethics; she never once put pressure on us to do anything. Our home buying went so smoothly because of her. She's also a fantastic sellers agent and went out of her way to make sure she got us top dollar.
