I started working with Galloway Realty during a very competitive housing market at presumably one of the worst times of the year. Suzi whom is the realter I worked with from Galloway was super patient with me and helped in every aspect of the process. She talked me off the ledge when needed, assured me that I would find what I was looking for with patience and helped to make sure that everything went smoothly. Between her and the awesome lenders I found, I felt that I had a team behind me like some big shot rather than just someone that was putting money out there and hoping I didn't get taken advantage of. Sad that I hopefully will never have to use them again lol.

Tammy with Galloway Realty was an an absolute joy to work with who made purchasing our first home a breeze. She was able to recommend us a reliable and helpful lender to work with and as soon as we were pre qualified Tammy worked hard and found us a house we loved within a month! She took care in finding us a place that met my family’s needs within our budget and our preferred area. She was always professional and quick to respond. In addition, she was a whiz with offers! Tammy has now sold us two homes and helped us sell our own home as well over the years, we won't use another realtor because of how professional, prompt, and reliable she is. There were some issues with the sale of our home as we experienced some hail damage that required our whole roof to be replaced before the closing date, and Tammy jumped into action to help us organize everything amidst chaos. We closed not only on time but more than a week early because of her, and she really saved the day for us. Tammy will fight for you as her client but also is incredibly professional from start to finish, I cannot recommend her ENOUGH. We will continue to use her services and refer her to everyone we know. I recently worked with Tammy to buy my first ever property. Since this was my first time, I had a ton of questions and she bent over backwards to ensure that I had a solid understanding of everything. For instance, she jumped on a 30 minute phone one busy evening to walk me through step by step on every part of the house buying process. She handled everything with extreme care and was my biggest advocate in all aspects of this experience. She even saved me some money as she diligently caught the incorrect amount of taxes on my closing disclosure documents! This just goes to show how good she is at her job and the attention to detail that she has. Overall, I give Tammy a 10/10 and cannot say enough good things about my experience with her. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else as my agent and I will definitely be going back to her when it is time to sell/buy another property! We hired Tammy to sell a rental property for us in February of 2020. We are so incredibly appreciative of her knowledge, expertise, compassion, honesty and integrity. From our initial meeting, she was very professional. She met me with a market analysis and firm recommendation of where to price our home to encourage showings and offers. She was right on the money! We signed with her, and she had photos taken immediately of the property. Tammy had two highly successful open houses the following weekend and we had a flurry of showings outside of that! We had several, multiple, competing offers to select from within hours! Once signed with our initial buyers, we had some issues with them not working in good faith with us, and we were so very thankful we had Tammy on our side. She kept us up to date constantly and assisted us in making the right decisions when we were presented with situations. In the end, the initial buyers were not able to close with us. We immediately went back on the market and received three offers by the following morning! We accepted a full price offer, the buyer moved in good faith, and we closed early! With all that we went through with our initial buyers, I honestly cannot even “think” of having been represented by anyone else! Tammy knows the real estate market extremely well and she works for the best interest of her clients each and every day! She is very reachable, and highly responsive to text messages and phone calls. She had excellent recommendations when we were preparing to list our home and she helped us sell it for well over our initial asking price! Tammy was for us, HANDS DOWN the BEST realtor we could have hired for our home sale. In the future, she will be our go-to ALWAYS!! Without reservation, I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Tammy for ALL your real estate needs!

Tammy helped my family sell our father's home when it was clear he was not leaving his assisted living facility. She valued the home accurately from the get-go, My father was able to e-sign contract documents online from his computer and the closing documents came to him to sign at his AL facility. I'm sure there was a lot of work and organizing involved on Tammy's end, she made it easy on us and our father.

We sold a home this month, June 2019, through Tammy Galloway at Galloway Realty LLC. It was a truly great experience. We called her on a Wednesday, we met on Thursday, signed a listing contract, pictures were taken on Friday, and the listing was active on Saturday. It was a very fast process, which we really appreciated. When we met with Tammy on Thursday, she had prepared a very thorough market analysis, and suggested listing the house at a higher price than we had anticipated. And then we received a full price offer within 3 days. That was totally amazing. And all of the follow up paperwork was done online, so we never had to leave our home to sign many documents, and answer questions. I would say that Tammy and her staff know the market extremely well, they have great marketing tools, they are very efficient, and we will not hesitate to use her again, when we sell our next property. We highly recommend her.

I had a great experience buying and selling a home with the help of Tammy and Sarah. They were both very knowledgeable and attentive. They helped me every step of the way when buying from looking at the house I bought a few times through some inspection concerns to closing. They were great liaisons between me and the prospective buyers of my current home as well. We were able to close fast and easily. I can't recommend them enough.
