As a strong independent woman of five children and a loving husband of 30 years my life has brought me through many successful and fulfilling years in customer relations from being a sales clerk, business manager, teacher, and business owner that I wanted to use my creative talents and my outgoing personality in a field that I love as well as still being able to get out in the community.
I graduated from Midwestern State University with my BS in Early Childhood Education with an emphasis in Special Education all levels. I received extra certifications in ESL for EC -8th grades as well as being highly qualified to teach English Language Arts. Then I went online and studied for my real estate license through 360 Education online and achieved my real estate license.
I have been a member and leader in the past of MCRW in Indiana, a leader in Eastern Star in Vernon Texas and Troup Texas, a member of the Ladies Auxiliary for the Boys and Girls Club in Indiana, and currently a member of the Lions Club in Lubbock as well as getting started in the LARW in Lubbock.
I began working in real estate off and on buying and selling and flipping homes since the time I was 18 years old. However, through that time while working as a teacher, then as a floral designer running my own business, I decided my love for helping people achieve their dreams in purchasing a home seem to be more exciting. I love to think of creative ways to help people see the potential in the home that may be their first home. Also, I know the feeling of home ownership and how that excites the heart of a person. Finding the right home for the right price is the key to any successful purchase and I know that it takes persistence and dedication to helping my buyers find and get what they want.
