From the day we first met him till we closed (several years sorry Jeff) he was patient, professional, enthusiastic with us and his exceptional knowledge of the Pinellis county home market were obvious.

Perhaps his best quality is that it didn’t feel like we were looking at homes with a salesman trying to talk us into this house or that.

There were more times that Jeff turned around, walked out of a house before us and said “no way you’re not buying this one.”

He would go look at houses for us when we weren’t even in town.

He was on top of the entire process from start to closing always guiding us and making sure we had everything in order before closing.

Home shopping in the beginning is exciting and fun, but that excitement can turn into stress and letdowns as your offers get rejected and the sellers go with other buyers. Karson was understanding and supportive throughout the process. When it came time to purchase a home, Karson was on top of it! Tami went above and beyond at every step during my home selling and home buying process. She was available 24/7 and always had my best intrest at the forefront. Tami drove 2 hours one way (4 hour round trip) at least 20 times to show us multiple properties. Tami was understanding, honest, and always happy. I couldn't have asked for anyone better to work with during this stressful time. Her positivity and knowledge always prevailed and she made sure I got the best deal when selling and buying. Selling- The highest price per square foot ever sold in my neighborhood was $408. Tami kept up with tmarket and was able to sell my house at $504 a square foot. This is beyond incredible because when Selling, we were in a buyers market and had two hurricanes. I was beyond estatic she was able to do this with so much going against her. I received almost $100 per square foot more than any house ever sold in my neighborhood. Buying- We looked at over 60 houses and she always provided a market analysis. She was always honest with the home price, neighborhood, and the market. She made sure I got a great deal that would benefit me and have great upside if I ever was to sell again in the future.

I will always use Tami for my real-estate endeavors. I highly recommend her!

Let me just start off by saying I wish we started with Jeff, Tami, and Karson earlier. We sold our first house 2 years after we purchased it and wish we had them list the house. We put all of our trust into our last realtor and it was a nightmare from start to finish. We ended up leaving our realtor and working with Jeff. And boy was it night and day between the two. Even though we went with a new construction house with not as much as far as contracts, dealing and so forth with a normal house purchase. But every step of the way, every bump we hit, any questions we had, and even any appointments (with MI rep and contractor) Jeff was there. When issues arose Jeff jumped in and definitely made sure we got what we were promised and more! I could go on and on about how amazingly smooth this process went with having Jeff by our side. I definitely recommend Jeff Tami and Karson for any selling or purchasing whether it's a new construction or an already established house. Very professional and patience, we know Jeff thru Veteran United Home Loan with the 1st home we were suppose to closing in 5 days, (in 2020) but the VU had screw us up at the last minutes, cause us the earnest money, home inspection, pest inspection, appraisal etc… almost 5k total, Jeff help us call in to VU to talk to whoever in charge and get us money back because they mess up the paperwork.
After 2years later we decided to ask Jeff to be our realtor again, because we know he can get things done and what’s best for us, and we finally get our first home, and even thought the title company screw up too, but Jeff to the rescued and it’s done and closed!

I highly recommend the Jonesy Group if you are selling your home. Karson especially worked really hard to bring our house to closing. Tami Jones was the agent for the buyers of our house in Cobbs Landing. We sold the house without an agent. Tami never once took advantage of our position. Instead, she worked tirelessly with both sides to ensure that the transition was smooth and painless. We have since moved out of state, but we wish that could have Tami as a neighbor and a friend. I can't say enough about how happy we are that we found Jeff and were able to work with him to purchase our new home. From the very beginning Jeff was friendly and sincere, and was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and was willing and eager to share his knowledge and experiences with us to make our experience better.

Tami Jones with the Jonesy Group through Realty Executives is incredible. Not only do you get her services, which are years as a real estate agent experience and former loan officer experience, but you also get her family of real estate agents. They are the sweetest people you’ll ever talk to. During the outbreak we were coming from out of town. Mrs. Jones videoed several houses and gave her honest opinion of not only the house, but of the neighborhood, schools, and resale value. Jeff Jones was the best realtor anyone could ask for! He was always there regardless of the time of day. It was difficult for me to talk with people during "normal business hours" working night shift. He made sure there was always a way to communicate with me. He scheduled appointments several days in a row, since new ones come on the market everyday. He was pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, and offered information on the area since I am fairly new to Florida. When we went under contract, he was very honest about the things that could potentially go wrong. As a first time home buyer I felt like I had done this a million times with Jeff on my side. If you're looking for a realtor in the Pinellas county area, it would be a mistake not to choose Jeff!
