I can't say enough WONDERFUL things about Tammi! As first time homebuyers, we were apprehensive about the overall "sellers" market and knew next to nothing about the buying process. Tammi walked us through the 101, asked thought-provoking questions as we navigated what we wanted in a home, and provided us with guidance, honesty, and optimism(!) that we needed to feel secure every step of the way. Her can-do it attitude was not only infectious, it was impactful. We ended up with the home of our dreams (under asking!) and couldn't be happier. The entire process was completely stress free due to her responsiveness and her top notch recommendations. I unreservedly recommend Tammi for any future homebuyers!
