She showed up when the seller tried to terminate the contract and brought in resources to help lower the property taxes, which ultimately made it possible for my deal to get approved. Finding a trusted realtor is like finding a trusted doctor. Tammie is excellent at what she does. Her knowledge and professionalism is jarring. Tammie navigated in this current incredibly tough market and went above & beyond all my expectations, to find exactly what I wanted! Despite the difficult, disrespectful seller we were dealing with, Tammie always kept her cool and sometimes, calmed me down! As a new buyer in Atlanta, Tammie was always quickly available to answer all my questions. Tammie takes all the time that is needed to ensure her clients are taken care of. Even sometimes sacrificing personal things to be sure, the needs of her client are met.

Tammie Lowe sold my rental property in 2019 and I recently used her again in 2020 to purchase my new home. My experience with Tammie Lowe is absolutely awesome! Tammie provides optimal support and exceptional customer service throughout the home buying and selling process. Before selling my rental property, she advised me on what I needed to do in order to sell my home quickly and to make the amount of profit that I wanted.

During our home buying process, Tammie was extremely patient with us and knew the type of home that we wanted. She never pushed us to put a contract on a home that she recommended, but we didn't like. When we finally found the right home, Tammie put her savvy negotiation and relationship skills to work. She was able to secure a contract and we closed within 30 days!
