She did an outstanding job during the preparation of the property for sale and walked us through the process from beginning to end. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area and made us feel at ease during a stressful period for us. She got us the best possible deal and stayed with us as we went the the whole transition process. I initially worked with Tammie Moore when purchasing my first home in 2008. Tammie was professional, knowledgeable, and with her expertise l was able to purchase my FOREVER HOME!!! She was sensitive to my financial needs, respected the amenities I required, and found the perfect neighborhood that I didn’t even know existed! Most recently, I sought to take advantage of today’s great mortgage interest rates and pursued refinancing. It was a “no brainer” that I again reached out to Tammie for assistance. She was immediately responsive and in the most timely fashion, provided the required Comparative Market Analysis. Additionally, I sought her professional opinion on a lender to work with and she referred me to an exceptionally competent lender. My terms exceed anything I could have hoped for and btw...
