With over 15 years of experience running a home-based appraisal business, raising two sons, volunteering in schools, and supporting local fundraisers, I made the exciting decision to transition my career and join Capital Real Estate Services in Lebanon, TN as an Affiliate Broker. My background in appraisals gives me a valuable edge in understanding the market, setting realistic expectations for my clients, and makes me the expert at resolving any appraisal-related challenges that may arise. Outside of real estate, you’ll find me working on my golf game and enjoying Pickleball as a spirited intermediate player.
