Tammy Bordeaux Smith

After nearly 30 years as a Registered Nurse taking care of our Veterans, Tammy entered into real estate after her father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease and came to live with her. Licensed in 2008, she fell in love with the real estate business! Every buyer and seller have a unique story, and she has been honored to help find first time home buyers the perfect home, sell family homes after parents have passed away, and sell homes for children of her friends and family. She counts it a great privilege for seller and buyers to put their trust in her to guide them through the biggest transactions of their lives. She believes two of the most important qualities a Realtor can have is Integrity and responsiveness.

She is originally from Durham, NC and has resided in Orange County, NC since 1995. She covers the triangle area and surrounding towns.

After receiving her real estate license, she went on to acquire the Strategic Pricing Specialist Designation (SPS), as well as earning the Graduate Realtor Institute Designation (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
