Tammy Brinkman

With a history written right here in Levy County, Tammy grew up in Williston among cattle, horses, peanuts and timber. Her deep involvement in both 4-H & FFA, along with being raised in such an agriculturally rich community, developed her passion and dedication to the land and all things agriculture!

After attending the University of Florida to pursue an Animal Science degree, with an eventual goal of vet school, Tammy shifted her focus to human medicine. This led to a 25+ year career as a Registered Invasive Cardiovascular Specialist. This fulfilling and rewarding career in cardiac care evolved into multiple clinical specialties and ultimately practice management roles specializing in Invasive Cardiology and Cardiac & Vascular procedures and care.

After many years of shift work, covering call, working nights, holidays and weekends, not to mention the impending demands and changes of today's healthcare practices, Tammy found herself looking for a change. Her lifelong family friend and Broker suggested giving real estate a try. It was just the change she needed!
Agriculture is still a daily part of Tammy’s life as she makes Williston her home and owns a 40+ acre farm and actively enjoys showing horses.

Tammy attributes her previous involvement in the thoroughbred industry, the raising and showing of cutting horses, along with her strong dedication to the land, as being a major part of her success in the real estate business. When she’s not busy with real estate or the farm, Tammy can be found somewhere on the water!

As a Realtor, though Tammy enjoys utilizing her equine knowledge in helping equestrian enthusiasts and potential farm owners, she also works with clients looking for residential or investment properties.
