So much to say, in so little space...but I will try to sum up this emotional ride best I can briefly.

So I originally met the awesome Mrs. Tammy Davis when I was looking for a property manager for our house in Sumter South Carolina. I had talked to a couple of different people before, but when she came over to inspect the property, I could tell just by how thorough she was and by the questions she asked, that she cared. She didn't just run thru hastily, she walked thru each room, looked in each closet, I mean she literally walked around the house inside and out. Right that instant I knew she was the RIGHT one. We entered into a property management agreement, soon after, that lasted for years.

**And let me say THIS, ALL of the ladies of Blue Bird Property Management have ALWAYS been kind to me during this time... And that is a rare thing to get these days, just some kindness and good customers service. Answers when you call, and call backs. (Thank you too Mrs. Abby)**

As the time passed, and a friendship was forged I learned that this was a woman of MANY hats, as it was discovered that she also was a Realtor for the area. While managing the property, Ms. Tammy would often times ask me if I wanted to sell my house. The answer was "no" for years lol... But that wouldn't stop her from keeping the thought on my mind that when it came time, if (and when) I needed her, she would be there.

Well, the time came September of 2024. We originally had a buyer who backed out so we lost two weeks messing around. But, Mrs. Tammy used her resources, and still had the house sold in 50 days! And not just on ANY deal, a FAIR for all parties involved, life changing, SIX FIGURE deal.

During the time of sale, she helped me facilitate repairs needs for the home, to include some roofing, plumbing, HVAC issues, and also helped me keep the yard in shape for that curb appeal.

All in all I am truly thankful for THIS woman here. She will explain any you ask, she will help you understand to YOUR comfort. She will help you find the best buyer, best deals, and call out when someone else may not have your best interest at hand. She is kind, she is respectful, she is a great business woman and realtor. And now, years later, I can say, she is a friend who can call me, if she needs anything.

If you're looking for a GOOD property manager, or a GOOD realtor LOOK NO FURTHER than Tammy Davis of Keller Williams and Blue Bird Property Management.

From our first call with Tammy Davis we could tell she had a terrific grasp of the Columbia, SC market and had the knowledge and expertise to sell our property. Her personality is infectious and she is friendly and upbeat. Tammy said she knew investors and felt she could get a deal done quickly and at a price that would make us happy. Were we a little skeptical-sure but Tammy’s confidence told us we were in the right pew. We chose her to handle our sale and BINGO-she was right on. We got an offer within a few days, negotiated an excellent price with Tammy pushing her investor to our price point and we closed 2 weeks (yes-two weeks) later on an all cash, no contingency deal! We were thrilled and felt Tammy had performed just as she said she would. Tammy also works in the Charlotte area and we are in the process of asking her to handle another property for us. Tammy is a rare combination of business woman, sales woman, advisor, counselor and cheerleader. During the process she would tell us “I got this”. And from soup to nuts she really did! Tammy is a five star realtor and property manager. I actually want to buy more properties just so I can work with her more. As a property manager and realtor her communications are timely and professional. I don’t have to wonder if I will hear from her or have to keep trying to get in touch with her.

She managed my property for almost 8 years and there was only one quality tenant there with no turnover and timely payments. When it was time to sell, she helped me handle everything and I worried about nothing. Her timely communication and follow through gives me peace of mind. Did I mention the offer was over asking?
