Tammy happened to reach out to me early last year when we just started to browse real estate/realtors. I had called several local realtors and I was a bit overwhelmed. From the beginning, Tammy and Wayne put me and my husband at ease. We started by looking at a few properties in March, and without much luck, we continued to look at homes through November. My husband works a crazy schedule, so our availability is limited. They made EVERY effort to accommodate us in every way. Every time we went to a house, they showed us little things that we may not notice, and allowed us to look through every home without pressure. Tammy put us in contact with a mortgage office that was not only just as amazing as her, but took so much time to explain every part of the process. Tammy, Wayne and the mortgage reps were so communicative it was unbelievable. One Friday night, I emailed them about a silly question regarding PMI, and next thing I know I am getting a call to explain everything. I am a pretty nervous person, so aggressive people make me anxious. Not only are they so incredibly calm, but they were so supportive of every decision we made. We ended up putting a few offers in on homes that weren't accepted and they were so quick to process the offer paperwork it was unbelievable. As a first time home buying couple who were incredibly picky (we looked at over 30 houses) they were the best thing to happen to us. We felt so at ease with them, and when we finally decide to sell our new home down the line, there will be absolutely no question that we will call them again, highly recommend!
