We experienced several hiccups due to issues with the buyer but Tammy worked late to trouble shoot everything and ensured that we were happy with our selling (and buying) experience. Tammy was the real estate agent that came in to save us when we were not getting great results. My wife and I had been on the hunt for quite some time in a market that favored sellers. Tammy is synonymous the Extra Mile. She went to the extra effort to find us a home that not only fit our lifestyle goals but managed to get us a deal saving us over 13K based on appraisal in a sellers Market when people were over paying listings by the 10s of thousands! Tammy helped us with the sale of our home and purchase of another. Throughout the entire process she was prompt, very responsive and stayed on top of everything. She answered every single question, no matter how small. She made us feel as if we were her only clients and our needs were her only priority. At closing, the sellers' agent even told us how hard Tammy worked on our behalf. This was definitely the best real estate experience I've ever had.

Tammy was amazing. Came highly recommended from some friends in the area and she delivered. In such a hot market it was very difficult to find a seller willing to work with a VA buyer but she made it happen. She checked out multiple places for us, doing very thorough video walk throughs. We hired Tammy to sell my mother's house in Annapolis, Maryland. I can't express enough the amazing job she did for us! We were out of state sellers. She arranged for the house cleaning, staged the property beautifully, took pictures and listed the property. She was instrumental in multiple inspections that needed to be done. Buying your home can and will be a long and stressful process, so do yourself a favor and hire Tammy Palladino!!! A great realtor is key, trust me. Tammy was a part in every step of my fiancé’ and I’s search and eventual settlement on our dream home. My fiancé and I started our search on our own by tirelessly searching thru realtor apps until we wisely hired Tammy! We immediately started getting personal emails of houses fresh on the market specially tailored to us. Tammy made herself more than available to take us to view any of the homes that seemed of interest! While viewing these homes, Tammy paid full attention to our likes and dislikes to be able to provide us with advice, assistance and tips which made finding a home quick and enjoyable. Once we found our dream home, the process speed up significantly! Honestly, without Tammy in our corner we may not be in our home now! Between the lenders, banks, inspectors, lawyers, underwriters and many more necessary people involved, it can be very overwhelming! Tammy kept us informed and grounded every step of the way allowing us to actually enjoy the process of buying a home. When questions or concerns would arise, Tammy was there 100% of the time to guide us in the right direction and give us the information we needed. Tammy worked really hard for me. I began the home buying process less than two months before my apartment lease ended. She made herself available daily, to show houses anywhere that I asked. She sent me listings, set up showings, and answered all of my phone calls, even when I called her at 9:00 at night. She negotiated prices, and did not allow me to close until I was 100% satisfied. Her communication was amazing, and she informed me of every date, time, and update as soon as she heard anything. She went out of her way to make sure I closed on the date I was told, contacted the listing agent immediately if I had questions, and scheduled all appointments timely.
