About Tammy

Tammy was born and raised on Kent Island, located on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Early on she decided she wanted to become a Realtor, with many family members in the business, she knew it was the right fit for her. After becoming licensed in 1996, she became affiliated with a large independent firm. While learning the business she met her husband and now business partner Michael. Michael was running his family business, started back in 1978 by his mother Mary Lou (Rosendale ) Pierson. Tammy earned her G.R.I. in 2001. Taking on even more responsibility in the business, Tammy became the Broker of Rosendale Realty in 2010. Celebrating more than 43 years as Rosendale Realty, Michael and Tammy are constantly working to grow this ever changing business, to what it is today.
Tammy is currently serving as vice chair on MD Realtors Public Policy Committee and on the MD Realtors Leadership Advisory Group and a variety of local organizations. Tammy is a past president of Chesapeake Women’s Network, the Bay Area Association of Realtors, and a 2017 graduate of MD Realtors Leadership Academy, served on the QACO Chamber of Commerce as a director for 6 years an in 2019 won Bay Area Association of Realtors Realtor of the Year.
Tammy and Michael are always donating their time and services to local charities, and sponsor many events throughout the year in their community. With their children grown and two grandchildren to dote on, they reside in Queenstown, with their “other baby (fur that is) Riley. Always remaining a “NAME YOU CAN TRUST”
