Tammy Smith

As a lifelong resident of Williamsburg and a full-service agent, Tammy would love to share her experience about her wonderful community to make sure her clients next move is everything they have hoped for. 27+ years of award-winning sales has taught her to be a fierce advocate for her clients. She is in the top 1% in residential sales in the Williamsburg Area Association of REALTORS with over 960 homes sold. She has done everything from corporate relocation to short sales and foreclosures to new homes and much in between! With more than 960 homes sold since 1995 she has the expertise to help find the right home or assist in marketing and selling current homes. She strives to provide quality service by being accessible, putting the client first, listening and being meticulous with the details. She possesses the experience and tools needed to help prepare homes for listing. Listing tools such as a prelisting home inspection and appraisal, staging, professional photography, Matterport and digital marketing help to streamline the process.

Her husband Rick and her have been married 42 years and have always lived in Williamsburg. They have a wonderful daughter, Stephanie, she, and her husband Alex, who is in the Navy, live in Florida. They live on a tributary of the James River in Shellbank Woods, and enjoy eating supper, having coffee or a glass of wine on their tree top porch, watching all the wildlife and seasons (look at Harry the Heron who lives in my backyard!). Being on the water is just one of the special real estate opportunities that their area has to offer… she would love to help everyone find their dream home!

When she’s not working (which isn’t very often, because she loves her job!), she enjoys boating, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
