Tammy was amazing! She sold my parents’ home in Gainesville and we were very pleased with the outcome (full asking price, seller favorable terms, quick and smooth closing) as well as the experience (turnkey from start to finish, sound advice throughout the process, complete trust). She also hustled from even before we hired her - contacted her pretty late in the evening when we were looking for an agent, and she responded the same night with market comps and initial thoughts. And she never let off the gas until the house was sold! To top things off, she is just very sweet and such a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend her!!

Working with Tammy has been nothing short of an amazing experience. She has been doing this for a long time and it is clear when it comes to her professionalism, advice, and expertise.

To provide context: My husband and I were looking for a single family home to grow into and raise a family in. Ideally, we were looking to find our forever home so we had a lot of nonnegotiables. Additionally, we are very "particular people" which is a nice way of saying difficult customers. We wanted to make sure this home was the right one so naturally we had many questions and moved very cautiously.

Tammy was clear, patient, and quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. She does everything with a smile and genuinely cares about making your wishes come to fruition.
