I consider myself an easy-going ethical realtor.  I will never push you to make a decision that makes you feel uncomfortable.  I signed the Code of Ethics pledge, and I take it very serious!
I got my real estate license in 2015 and hit the group running.  I finished my GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) designation and am currently working on The Accredited Buyers' Representative.  I read everything I can get my hands on as it pertains to real estate. 

This is what I will do as your Real Estate Agent:
-Review and analyze the local neighborhood, and provide you with the data.
- Provide you with the information needed to make an educated decision on your home (comps, interest rates, staging, etc).
- Write contracts that protect you financially and legally.
- Work endlessly to make your real estate transaction as smooth as possible.
 
Prior to Real Estate,
From 2010 to 2015, I lived in the Greater Clear Lake Area as a work from home mother and the owner of The Closet Exchange-a seasonal kids consignment event. For 1 week twice a year,  I get to meet and great over 1,000 local parents. Through my numerous networking groups, volunteering, and ownership of a community centered business,  I learned vast knowledge about our neighborhoods, schools, and community as a whole.
What I did prior to 2010:
- Served in the National Guard as an Explosives Specialist.
- Cleared bombing ranges in Denver from 2005-2010.
- Worked as a federal employee as a travel and commercial accounts specialist.  I read extensive government contracts and regulations.
-Received a bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology, with minors in Latin American studies and biology (back when you had to go to the library).
