With a pending job relocation from another state, we needed to find a rental property in the Plainfield/Naperville area as quickly as possible. On our first trip, Tanya stepped forward with one day’s notice and over a weekend to show us several rental properties. While we found a property of interest on trip #1, we were unable to come to a mutual agreement on the lease terms, and the property ultimately fell through. As we started back at square one, Tanya stuck with us! She was in constant contact with us over phone/text/email and sent us daily listings for new properties for our review. When we returned to IL a few weeks later, Tanya was prepared and had 11 properties scheduled for us to see. With Tanya’s persistence and guidance, we were able to find and secure our rental on Trip #2! Tanya was professional, efficient, and hard-working! She definitely went above and beyond our expectation. We highly recommend Tanya for your real estate needs.
