Before we met with Tanyeli Ballinger, we had been looking for a house for three months. We made an offer for four houses but none one was accepted. She worked really hard, and we quickly found a townhouse. She is both trustworthy and patient. She followed all process from beginning at the end. If you need to find a house quickly, we definitely recommend her.

Tanyeli Ballinger is a clever, innovative & outside the box thinker, always working with the best results in mind. She puts incredible effort behind her words; One example is her street which did not have gas. All homes were using oil heating. She went to each neighbor, about 10-15 houses and convinced them she’d contact the gas company and ask to put a gas line. All said yes and signed the paper. She got the gas company to put a new line in and connected each house without charging the owners anything !! Imaging the monthly bill savings! She sure knows how to negotiate and get things done! You can bet on having the best negotiator on your side if you’re buying or selling a home with her!

I’ve known Tanyeli for 7 years. What impressed me the most about her is she is always up for the task doesn’t matter how small or big it is. As a second nature to being task oriented, she’s a great problem solver, always utilizing data to navigate her way through. She’s super friendly, upbeat, caring & welcoming. She is the best in whatever she does. I’m looking to buy my home with her! I recommend the same to you without any hesitation!!
