Went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me find and purchase my home in 2019 after moving from North Carolina to Florida! 4/1/24 I expressed interest in selling my home after having my daughter. After Taquisha staged, took professional photos, and contacted a few people to come out and help with the inspection process my home was listed and I had a multiple offers within 24 hours! I closed on my home in a month. Taquisha was an absolute pleasure & privilege to work with. She was pleasant, knowledgable, charismatic, and honest with me from the moment I met her until the closing table.

Before I had even received a pre-approval, Taquisha was willing to drive all over St. Pete and Clearwater with me on short notice to tour several different properties and ultimately help me land my dream condo on the beach (at an AMAZING deal well below the asking price)!

When the chips seemed down with lender approval during my closing period, her optimism and diligence were contagious, never failing to bring my spirits up. She was reliable, available, and delivered on her promises throughout the entire complex process of navigating the purchase of a condo (HOA, insurance, etc.).

Not only did she show up to the closing table, but she brought me the sweetest gift basket to celebrate with me! Strongly recommend!! Thank you again for everything Taquisha!
